For political consultants and vendors

New state legislative, county, city, judicial and district attorney campaigns, found in the official filings every day.

Pick your states and race types. We email you each new campaign there once we have an email, phone or contact form for it, with a link to the filing.

For the firms that work those races: campaign consultants, pollsters, digital and online fundraising agencies, fundraising consultants, mail and print vendors, compliance and treasurer practices, and campaign software and data vendors.

Free to join the waitlist; the service itself is a paid subscription. Every House and Senate race nationwide, plus state and local filings in 23 states (in four of them, only some counties and cities). The filing pipeline runs every day now. We aren’t sending to customers yet. That starts ahead of the 2027–28 cycle.

What you get

Each new campaign in your inbox the next morning.

One email per new campaign, sent once we have an email, phone or contact form for it. It has the office, the election date, the campaign’s contact details and a link to the filing, so you can check it yourself. You choose the states and race types, and you only get those.

We read every source every day. Timing still varies by state and by day: each office posts filings on its own schedule, so some reach us days after they were filed, and some days a state has nothing new.

Sample leads. The people, places and contact details are invented.

How it works

Every lead starts as the campaign’s own public filing.

  1. We read the filings every day

Federal, state, county and city election offices publish new campaign filings. We read them every day and drop the ones we have already seen.

  2. We check the race and find the campaign

We check that the office exists and has an election coming up. Then we take the campaign’s email or phone from the filing. When the filing has neither, we look for the campaign’s own website, in the filing or by searching the web, and take the email, phone or contact form from there.

  3. You get one email per campaign

It gives you the campaign’s email, phone or contact form, links to the filing so you can check it yourself, and comes with a CSV row for your CRM.

When the filing has no contact details

Many state and local filings give no email or phone for the campaign. When that happens, we look for the campaign’s own website and, where we find one, take the email, phone or contact form from it, so you don’t have to hunt for them yourself. We’re also building a downloadable list of every new campaign in your states, with or without contact details.

Where we look

23 states today. 8 more in testing.

Every House and Senate race, in all 50 states and DC.

State and local filings, now

  • Alaska
  • Arizona (part of the state)
  • Arkansas
  • California
  • Connecticut
  • Florida (part of the state)
  • Georgia
  • Idaho
  • Iowa
  • Kentucky
  • Louisiana

  • Nebraska
  • New Mexico
  • North Carolina
  • North Dakota
  • Ohio (part of the state)
  • Oklahoma
  • Oregon
  • Pennsylvania
  • Texas
  • Utah (part of the state)
  • Vermont

In most of these states we read a statewide source. In four we read only some counties and cities so far: Maricopa and Pima counties in Arizona; Broward, Duval, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties and the City of Miami in Florida; Franklin County in Ohio; and Salt Lake County in Utah.

How much time goes into tracking new campaigns now?

We spend hours a week checking who has filed and finding their contact details, and an hour of our time costs us .

That’s 312 hours a year, or about 7.8 working weeks. At your rate that is $26,520 of your time spent keeping track of who is running.

Those are example numbers. Change them to yours. Nothing you type leaves your browser.

What it will cost

A subscription, scaled to the states and race types you cover. A firm working two counties shouldn’t pay like one working ten states. We set the number before launch, and people on the waitlist see it first.

Tell us which states and races you work.

Your answer decides which states and races we open first, and you hear from us before we start sending. If you sell campaign software or data and would rather have a bulk feed than email, say so when you list your states. The archive behind it holds over 102,000 campaign records so far, finance reports included.
